Hello all. I have some questions.

1.In Queston #10 what do I have to write? I read the sample http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

but the answer NAME (Filling now with I-129F) is kinda off because we have been approved. Isn't Approved I-129F better? What did you write?

2.Question #3 STATE : Well. In Germany there is a big name for my state it only fits 2 letters, can my fiance write it in a different sheet of paper and attached it?

3. What about question #11? I know what's written in the form but its still kinda confusing
