Hello everyone!

We just had our I-130 approved kicking.gif and now I'm preparing for the NVC stage. I just want to make sure I answer item 40. j. on the DS 230. An alien who is a former exchange student who has not fulfilled the 2-year foreign residency requirement. Since I already have the waiver, is it correct that I answer no to this item? Please give me your thoughts.

03-05-2017 - NOA for Biometrics

03-21-2017 - Biometrics

12-21-2017 - In Line for Interview

03-05-2018 - Received text & email notifications that interview was scheduled. 

03-10-2018 - Received interview letter by mail. 

04-13-2018 - Interview
