RFE Help

Evening all!

Question, which I'm sure is pretty self explanatory but nonetheless... I submitted an RFE today, so this question is a little too late. Am I correct in thinking that, if it states

"The petitioner/sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support has not signed Form I-864A, Contract between sponsor and household member.

The petitioner/sponsor needs to sign page 3, part 2, item 14 and return the enclosed page of Form I-864A"

that my wife only had to sign that one part, and not re-fill out that whole page? Aka, just sign the box and leave the rest blank?

It doesn't make it too clear.

I can't figure out why the petitioner (your wife) who fills out and signs an I-864 would also sign an I-864A. How can she be the sponsor and also be her household member? Is she a clone?

She's the sponsor, there's a section where she has to sign her agreement with the co sponsor (her Dad) on the I-864A

So her Dad is the household member, in this instance.

My question here is just if she only needs to sign the specified part, or fill out the entire RFE document.

Oh, I see. I was thinking of the last part where the household member signs. I guess I would have re-done the whole page or at least filled in that entire section 13 &14...her name, your name, her signature, date. But they didn't specifically say to do #13, so you did what they asked.
