Thanks in advance for the help. The question asking for the places I've lived at since I was 16 is daunting me! I've lived in at least 15 different homes and I don't recall dates. How the heck am I suppose to answer this question? If I contacted the government and got them to send me my tax forms for the last 18 years, would my address be on them? I don't know what to do! The form asks for specific dates. I have months to go before my 129-f interview but I'm trying to prepare in advance.

Also the last 10 years of employment...On the G325 I missed one job, should I add that in on this page? I wasn't there very long and I forgot all about it.

And for one of the jobs, i was working on and off, it was very part time but it takes up a number of years. On the G325, i put down that it was consecutive. I never meant to misconstrue the info, just thought it would be annoying for the adjucator to see me work there for a few months, then not, then worked, etc...

Feel like I screwed up on this! Do I make it right on the DS 260, think it would make it worse adding jobs?
