Should i put my middle name?

Hi everyone,

I have a question. Hope i can get the answer here because I'm a little bit confused.

I am in Canada now on a working visa and using my international passport.(that's what we have to use if we go abroad) I don't have my middle name in this passport but in my Ukrainian passport i do. On all the docs i have here in Canada it's just my name and last name as it is shown in my international passport.

So, the question is should i put me middle name in G325 or it will be confusing for everybody as long as i am not using my ukrainian passport here at all. I left it at home.

What we have in Ukraine is not a middle name. it's a patronymic. So technically, we should put n/a , but my fiance insisted on putting my patronymic in there.

That's the point i will have my Interview here in Canada and i will not show my ukrainian passport there. So I just probably will put N/A there.
