I sent my I-129F in January. Waiting on my NOA2. When do you send in your financials and where. Do I send them to NSC or to my love one in Ukraine to take with her to Embassy interview.I am a little confused. I almost have them completed. Just wanting to have everything completed when our time finally arrives.

Follow the VJ guide. And of course, keep copies of everything. Better yet, scan it to a thumb drive and email it to yourself. That way you'll never lose them. As for what the guide tells you, don't jump the gun and send in anything early or before it's requested. Same thing if you forget/forgot something, wait for the RFE, otherwise it will just get lost.
