I don't have to convince myself of that. Again, it's not the government that does the financing. It's the Saudi government, however, that has been and to a lesser degree continues to look the other way when such financing occurs through Saudi institutions. That's what it is. Unless you are saying that DOS, CRS and so on are all wrapped in some conspiracy to lie about it. It would be you, then, that will need a truckload of tin foil. I'm doing just fine without it.

No tinfoil for me. At least you went from 'financing' to 'looking the other way'. Maybe "looking the other way" is really because they weren't all that oppressive in the first place but have, at the request of the US, started in engaging in tracking individual finances around the Kingdom?

That's a real victory for individual liberties isn't it.
