Hello guys,

Have you ever heard of someone getting denied at the interview of K3-CR1-IR1 visas ?..If so ..Why were they denied ?

Are you talking about Egypt or all countries.

In Egypt people get denied for MANY reasons

Mostly they do not believe the relationship is real.

If there are too many red flags

RED FLAGS:

American Woman is older then the man

She has been married before

She has kids

She cannot have any more kids

Different religions

She converted to his religion

Married on 1st visit to egypt

Met for only 2 weeks or less

He said I love you very quick online

Family does not approve

He is found to have other online relationships

He is found to have another wife

He has been petitioned before

She has petitioned others before

Little evidence

Speaking only once a week

No pictures of her with his family

Many many reasons. They cannot deny on age alone so they usually have a few of the red flags to choose from.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

If you are looking for specific cases then search for NOID/NOIR but some people do not say what is really in the letter.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number
