Hello VJ Family! My fiance's aunt will be going to the Philippines in mid-April for vacation and I wanted to send my fiance the packet of the i-129f i mailed on March 5. I was thinking of also sending him copies of tax transcripts (2009-2012) and also my employment letter. I am not sure when we will receive our NOA2 but does it matter if I send my fiance my employment letter if it is dated for April 2013?

Usually it must be dated around 2 to 3 months from the interview.

You might want to wait until you get an approval for letter of employment. You'll send her your I-134 with it anyways and updated letter of intent.

It never hurts to have more than one employment letter, I guess.

In my case, the vice president of the company is getting transferred out of the country, so I went ahead and got a letter from him stating not only that I'm employed and what I make and whatnot, but also that he is aware that I'm engaged to my fiancee and plan to marry her in the U.S. I figure as much proof as I can get is good, and I'll get a new letter from the new vice president when the NOA2 is issued.

THANK YOU! I know that for the affidavit of support my income has to be above the poverty line of 18k or more with a household of 2 people. I make about 38k year. I dont really have to much on my savings account in the bank. Would you know if I still need to send it a copy of my bank statement or would the tax transcripts (3years) , employment letter & current pay stubs suffice?

Don't need bank statement unless you want to use it to prove your assets instead of your current income. You'll need last 3 yrs of tax transcripts, Letter of Employment, 1040s or W-2s, last 6 mons paystubs to back up your I-134

Last question for you. I already 3 years of tax return (2009-current) but where do I get the 1040 or W-2s?
