I-864 and IV Bills from NVC

Hi everybody,

I am applyinf for IR-1 visa, last week I sent an email to NVC as DS-3032 for choice of agent. Yesterday they emailed me the IV (immigrant visa) invoice (for 230$), but I did not recieve any invoice from NVC for I-864 yet.

1. Should I wait more?! :unsure:

2. Do they send an email again for I-864 bill or they send me the invoive via normal mail?

3. For IV(immigration visa) invoice, can my relatives pay it online at US?(becasue I am abroad and I do not have a US bank account)
