G325A for chinese

I am going to fill in my form of G325a. Being chinese, we don't have middle name at all. I have never been to USA before, so no A# and SSN either.

1) What should I fill in for above 3 items? (N/A, or None, or just leave them blank?

2) Last occupation abroad if not shown above.--> for me, "abroad" means out of china, right? Shoud I fill in None or N/A?

I just took a look at ours and we left those three items blank.

We put N/A in the "occupation abroad" question.

Worked fine for us with no problem.

08/21/2013: AOS Interview / I-485 Held for Further Review

08/27/2013: AOS Approval Notice

09/06/2013: Green Card Arrival
