Well, I plan on petitioning my future hubby right after we get married in October of this year. Back in 2003 I petitioned my now ex-husband, on CR since we had been married less than 2 yrs. He got arrested for domestic voilence (dont want to get into details about that) I wanted nothing to do with him so we didnt speak and I filed for divorce in 2009. From what I know his papers were taken away from him. So.....my question is do I still have to include him when I do the aos? If they took away his papers I'm assumming he recieved an order of deportation. IDK I dont have communication with him now. Every once in a while he calls to talk to his daughters but we never talk to each other.
