I130 Lock box via USPS Express Overnight

Hi All,

Im about to send out my I130 tomorrow. Just had one quick question, which address do I use? I am from california, so do i use the first or second one?

USCIS

ATTN: I-130

PO Box 21700

Phoenix, AZ 85036

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS

Attn: I-130

1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S

Suite 100

Phoenix, AZ 85034

My understanding of express mail means the use of Fedex, etc, but not USPS. Could you guys help. I am sending Via USPS, EXpress mail, so it will be in the lockbox the next day.

07/22/2013 - Resent DS-3032 (ATTN: supervisor)

07/22/2013 - Received DS-3032

07/23/2013 - IV invoiced

07/23/2013 - DS-3032 Invoiced

07/23/2013 - DS-3032 Paid

07/25/2013 - IV payment recieved/coversheet available

07/26/2013 - I864 Delivered

07/26/2013 - IV Sent

08/16/2013 - Recieved Checklist for I-864

If someone has to sign for it, the courier will need a physical address where someone will sign in receiving the package.

Also, Fedex does not deliver to a PO mail box I think.

I sent my flat rate priority mail by USPS to the PO box address and had no problems. They give free tracking too.
