My Fiance got a letter from USCIS saying that they have already started processing our case and having to do additional review, the letter said to wait 3 months and contact them if it isn't approved it is just a letter saying he contacted them about our case, it gives our information it says Type of service requested: Outside Normal Processing Times. What does it mean? We were still waiting for our noa2 now for more than 7 months now.Do you think we will have a problem with our petition?

I don't think it means anything more than they are behind scedule, I am also waiting for NOA2 from vermont for over 9 months. Hang in there, I know exactly how you feel.

Thanks for the encourangement,i was just worried he made a service request few weeks ago then the guy said to wait within 15 days and yesterday he got this letter from the uscis. Will say a prayer for both of us :)
