Alien Registration Number

Dear Friends,

My wife is US CITIZEN and we filled out all the forms and printed out but we did not put Alien Registration number (A .............) in any forms. Since that number is for permanent resident is it important to put that number in all forms..Please reply asap.

If your wife is a Citizen she doesn't have an A number. She should put "None" in the A number field. I'm not clear as to YOUR status, but if you are a foreign national who hasn't previously been issued an A number as part of an immigration process, you shouldn't have one either. Check out the sample forms here, they are helpful for when to put "None" or "N/A" etc.
