I have travelled back and forth to Canada on visits using my Nexus card without any problem until now. But after being pulled into secondary interview by Canadian Customs at Toronto Pearson airport on the way in to Canada and again on the way back by US officers I have learned: remember to update your Nexus account online with extension date given with I751 when your Permanent Resident card expires and you're in the process of Removing Conditions. They actually said that I didn't even need to include my Permanent Resident card on my Nexus from Canada in the first place, but since I put it on there I will have to continue to update dates regularly like everything else recorded on Nexus. Thankfully I remembered to carry the receipt detail/extension letter! USCIS changed the details for me using my extension letter and said I'd be back to just the Nexus line without secondary as long as I remember to update.... :-)
