They said it was because our stories about how he asked me to marry him did not match. I told them about when he first asked me to marry him and I said he was crazy and he told them about the time he asked me to marry him and I was so happy to say yes. I should never have told them about the first time he asked me.

You were both at the interview? I asked to go and they told me no. That's crazy that they did that to you. And now you have to pretty much start over... what a bunch of BS. And to be away from him for sooo long. It about killed me to be away from my husband for 5 months.(we skype, text and facebook everyday and its not enough)I have only been home 2 weeks and everyday I want to just buy another plane ticket and go back. Someday's I think about how it would have been easier just to sneak him across the Mexican boarder and file to keep him here.. Not that I would ever do that but the idea has floated around in my head a few times.:rofl:

I thought I planned everything right. So I could go again the end of July so I could bring him here. But the chances seem slim to none for that.

i didnt impatient while uscis and nvc processing time

but this waiting time for interwiev it sucks!!!! i am getting crazy

nobody dont know how long more i am gonna wait no one help you

just wait,wait,wait

i hope when i interwiev they approve my visa

if they send ap(administrative process)maybe more 6 months

Have you thought about maybe contacting your congressman?

It might be worth a try.

I think if I wait more than 3 months I will contact them.

Just to see if they can do anything.

We should have appointments before anyone from Syria filing for Asylee/Refugee.

There are 10 YY and ZZ visa scheduled.

These are Asylee/Refugee visa's .

There are only 7 CR1/IR1's that not right.

Just an idea to think about

another cr1 applicat

her case compelted 14th february still waiting

I know you have been waiting over 3 months.

I think we should all be contacting our senators and state representatives to shed some light on the problem.

We should not have to wait so long.

You have been waiting 3 months that means I will have to wait maybe 5.

That's not right.

I am just hoping for some real answers.
