So on the list of questions for the final oath ceremony, there is one about having traffic tickets, parking violations between interview and the ceremony. I have never had one. My husband, while driving the car registered in my name, got a parking ticket last week. I have today just paid it online and have printed receipt. Of course it says it is against my name as the car is in my name. Do I have to show this at the oath ceremony?

I don't think he needs to disclose it since he is not the responsible about this ticket from the law prospective even if he is the one who was driving, I think in front of the law you are the responsible about who you lend your car to. Personally I won't mention that !

Exactly what I thought, as the question is have I been charged for breaking any laws or ordinances, so no, I haven't.
