Hello everybody,

I have couple of questions and I really hope somebody can help me...

end of 2012 I send my papers to change the status from h2b to b2, recently i saw on the uscis online website check that they send me RFE (I am stil waiting for the official paper to show up in the mail) and ... here are my questions:

- what can I expect from rfe? and what r my chances to get approved later on? how long it will take.. is it again 2-3 months after i send rfe back or it will get somehow faster since its already in process??

- during that process can my employer file petition to put me on H2b again from march? or i have to wait for either b2 status or refusal or what?

thank you all for help!!!!
