You failed to follow the instructions to obtain an NBI clearance in all previous names used, including married names and maiden names. That us what is holding up your final approval.

You should use any names you have been known by, including aliases. I believe there is a place on the form to list all those. Of course you would include your new married name.

ok...i already went to NBI to get my clearance...tama c Patriot, nsa form na lahat ng info na dapat i fill-up, so i think there should be no problem...it will take 10 days though to get the clearance...balik ako Febuary 15...also got my fingerprints from NBI, walang bayad, pero sa DFA na ang release, dun yata may bayad for authentication...went to Philhealth today to update my status from single to Married.... :)

thank you @redvelvet ha.. thank you po talaga..

hi ate, i just want to clarify about your NBI clearance. you have submitted to them your NBI using your current husband's surname? and now they put your case on AP..for the reason that they need your NBI clearance under to your previous husband's surname?
