Hiya,

I have found one cosponsor now.. (which I hope this is it really is it--Fingers Crossed) xx

My friend have a sister, so she lives in South Carolina, but the thing is they file taxes (along with her husband) jointly.

So I believe that she will fill up I-864 form too, right?

If so, what does she need to check

a) I am the only Joint sponsor

b) I am the first OR

c) second of two joint sponsor (check appropriate box).

Sorry I'm just confused as she does not know what to fill up too. I believe she does not need to fill up I-864A because my husband does not live with the same residence as them.

Thanks in advance guys... cheers xx

Yes, that is correct, she should file an I-864 and check: "I am the only joint sponsor" box
