Hi all,

I'm filling in the form I-864. I'm a grad student in Singapore. I called NVC today and found out that I can't use my scholarship as income, so I'm gonna have my mom as the joint sponsor. My question is on my I-864, either annual income and household income is $0, should I bother to fill in Part. 7(optional) with $0 as well? I mean I don't really have much saving since my monthly stipend is just enough for me and my wife to survive in SG.

And Q.25. Federal income tax return info., I haven't filed income tax since 2010 after I became a grad student in SG. and the guy from NVC told me to still fill out the table with $0 (without checking the first box?!) Does it make sense? and the second check box says I can optionally attach photocopies of my federal tax returns for my second and third most recent years. Does it mean I should attach 2007-2008 tax returns?

Thanks much guys!
