Hello everyone,

I am just beginning the process of obtaining a K-1 visa to bring my fiancee to the USA. I am excited about getting started but dreading the wait and don't want to make any mistakes which will add further delays.

My fiancee was born and lives in the Republic of Korea(South Korea). When we are filling out the forms I want to make sure we are giving them the correct information.

When she is filling out the G-325A should she be using her(as well as her parents)English name or her name in Korean(hangul)? Her passport has her English in large bold letters and her Korean name in small type.

What about the question "All Other Names Used" Should I put her Korean name there or only when it asks "If you native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet below:"?

I know her mom has an English name, but I am not sure if this is on any official documents. Does this matter? Should I use her Korean name? I can look into it.

Thank you for any help, I am sure I will have more Questions

Russell
