Hi Guys,

My interview was November 20th 2012. Still waiting for the letter to arrive... Do I have to call to follow-up, what is waiting period to be schedule for Oath Ceremony in SF? I'm thinking it's because of Holidays? Please advice.... Thank you guys!!!!

May 5, 2008 receipt I-797
July 10, 2008 received letter
May 5, 2008 noticed Letter - Case no. assigned by NVC

Did the tell you at the interview if you were approved or not? Regardless, it can't hurt to call. They most they can say is sorry .. you have to wait the full 90 days. I'd check the timelines of other citizenship filers in San Francisco and see what the turn around time was like for them.

AOS: Feb 26, 2007 - Jul 26, 2007
REMOVING CONDITIONS: May 4, 2009 - Oct 3, 2009
CITIZENSHIP: Nov 27, 2012 - May 9, 2013
Note: I immigrated from Canada, not T&T - the timeline is reflective of this.

PRESENT - IR-5 Story (reuniting a family)
I-130 for Parents - 2013
Aug ?? - mailed I-130 packages for both mother and father
Sept 10 - NOA1 date
Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office for processing

Feb 26 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred to my local office for processing

Feb 28 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 18 - got emails saying that the petitions are approved smile.png

^^^ this.. however i'm assuming when you said " waiting for you letter", you did pass the interview.. first, congratulations.. second, just wait.. it'll come.. you're already there.. check my timeline below to give you an idea on how long or short it would take.. i never called while waiting because it doesn't ease the anticipation and wait..

N-400 filed based marriage to usc = april ??

biometrics = june 21

interview = august 2

oath taking = august 29

done..

Thank you guys for your help. Yes, the consular told me, congratulations and wait for the letter..... I think I will give another week and I will call them then. Thanks again.
