First of all... Happy New Year to everyone!!! :)

I have a question on the Form I-134 Affidavit of Support, Item 9.

9. I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s).

Story: His ex-wife came to US on a K2 visa but was not able to change her status before she turned 21. He married her and helped her with the adjustment of status. So he probably filed the form I-864 but could not remember it because it was 8 years ago. The whole adjustment of status was rejected due to her previous case of not adjusting status before 21 so he has no financial obligation whatsoever.

Should we include the previous I-846 submission and try to explain on the form that the AOS was rejected? Thank you!
