Hey guys! I just want to ask if anyone of you knows the answer.. we just got our letter of confirmation of withdrawal fr the Vermont center yesterday, we withdrew it because initially we filed incorrectly just submitting the check and I-129F form and I asked advice here before and they said we will get denied so we cancelled right away and now cancellation was approved. Now we are filing for a new petition, we just want to make sure we make it right this time.. I am confused what to put on I-129F Part A, question 11.Since we have a record that we initially filed we answered yes but confused on the place and date of filing? Do we write the date we sent the first petition or the received date that was written on the NOA1? I know this sounds dumb but we just want to make sure? We also attached an extra sheet briefly explaining the reason why we withdrew and also telling them our situation is not subject to multiple petition filing limitation of IMBRA ? Did we make it right? Thanks all VJers!!!
