QUICK QUESTION PLEASE Citizenship certificate #???

There are two numbers on the certificate one that says USCIS Registration No. that starts with a letter and then just NO. Number Above that in Red? Which one do they need in the application I 129F???

I would like to know I am sending my packet today and that can be a quick correction I can make and print out before I send them thank you!!!
