Do i also need to have Police clearance/ I already hanve my NBI clearance, should I get a police clearance? is it required? Thanks!:)

Have you lived outside of the Philippines for more than 6 months? If not then no police clearance is needed.

DO bring your NBI clearance and make sure it has any AKA's you have or have had. My husband was approved, but they sent him to go get a new NBI clearance showing his AKA (non-adopted name). This has surely delayed his visa, so bring it and make sure it covers all AKA's.

As for police clearances, YES, bring those too, for EVERY place you lived in for 6 months or more.

And as many have stated here, your CEMAR (different than CENOMAR). Besides what I mentioned already, also bring pictures, proof of relationship, updated copies of AOS, along with the appropriate income tax returns of your joint sponsor(s) and petitioner. I would read all the links provided to you earlier in this post!! But based on my husband's direct experience on January 8th, BRING A COMPLETE/THOROUGH NBI clearance!
