Hi guys,

I have filed as EB-3 ROW with PD of 1/05/07, so i will be current in January. My AOS application was filed with the Texas Service Center and on their website is says that processing time is April 6, 2012. From what i understand that means they will process cases with receipt dates prior to that date. My NOA1 date is 9/27/07. I filed in 2007 during the Visagate. I did my biometrics and medical in 2007. On USCIS site i see that the last update on my case was from 6/05/09 and my status is on initial review. I have not received any RFEs.

What can i expect as processing times in my circumstances?

Thank you!

UPDATE:

For those in similar situations, on Saturday 1/19/13 I received a text message and an email about a case status update. My i-485 was approved. 15 minutes later a got another set of text and email messages for my wife's case, which got approved. I was somewhat surprised to see the approvals at 12:45 PM on Saturday.

Today, Monday, 1/22/13, at 10:30 AM, I received a text and an email that the official decision has been mailed to us. At 11:00 AM I got notification that the cards have been ordered for production. So, TCS has been moving pretty quick once we became current in January.
