Hi, I plan on filing my naturalization next year ( on a 5-year residency). All paper work has been assembled and ready. But the only problem that keeps holding on is.........have not updated with changed physical address with UCIS since granted my conditional PR since 03/2006 but I still have my old mailing address. Does this affect my application? Will I have a problem with UCIS? What would I put on part 6 where it says "lived during the last 5 years? Thanks.

First of, you should have notified USCIS of change of address. Since nothing can be done about the past, no matter what, state whatever is true on your application. List all the places you have resided in the past five years.
