I had I-485 interview on Oct, 29 , 2012 based on marriage and i didn't hear anything back from the immigration until now . Should i make Infopass or call a congressman ? which way is more effective ?

Adjusting from B2

8/16/2012 (Day 1) sent AOS (I-130/I-485/I-765)

8/20/2012 (Day 4) Package Received

8/22/2012 (Day 6) Text/email notifications (all 3)

8/23/2012 (Day 7) Checks checked

8/27/2012 (Day 11) Biometrics letter received, appointment on 9/6

8/28/2012 (Day 12) Received all 3 NOA1 hard copies

9/5/2012 (Day 21) Early walk-in Bio metrics successful (1 Day early)

9/27/2012 (Day 43) Received text regarding Interview ( October, 29 )

9/29/2012 (Day 45) Received interview notice hard copy in the mail

10/24/2012(Day 70) Received text regarding EAD card.

10/29/2012(Day 74) AOS Interview .Still waiting for Decision.

11/1/2012 (Day 77) EAD in Mail.

1/10/2013 (Day 147) Received Text for RFE

Start with the misinformation line (make sure you speak to a 2nd tier operator). If they don't give you useful information make an Infopass, and if that goes nowhere then try the congressperson or senator. 4 weeks is slower than usual, but not so late as to definitely indicate a problem. Presumably you still have your EAD/AP so a delay in getting the green card isn't disastrous... (if you don't even have EAD, push harder)
