Hello VJ family!!!! Ok so i am officially sending my petition out tomorrow but i am a little confused on how to fill out my U.S. Postal Service money order. Ok so what address do i have to put for them if in fact i have to? and what do i put in the memo space???? please help sending it out tom on my break thanks guys.. oh one more question do i have to send in 4 copies of the G-325a for my fiance and myself??? or is one copy ok. Thanks in advance!!!!

You will fill out the MO as you would do in any case YOUR name and info. and To the payee make sure you don't abbreviate U.S.D.O.HS, So make MO payable to U.S Department Of Homeland Security. The fee amount is $340.00.

Depending on your delivery method you will mail out you I-129F to

File Form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility:

In the memo you can you put the applicant name/I-129F, You will only send COPIES OF original DOCUMENTS... YOU will only need 1 copy of G-325a for yourself and fiancee. Make sure you add a G-1145(Notification of acceptance of application/petition).

Review everything make sure you have the following

G-325a(you)

G-325a(fiancee)

Intend to marry letter

copy of YOUR passport (biographical page only)

copy of YOUR birth cert.

2X2 photos of yourself and Beneficiary

And a few pictures (8-10) pic is fine...

Make 1 copy of the pkt for your records
