wondering what a proper length of a visit is while K1 is pending without having any problems for my fiance at POE?

Thanks :D

B2 visa allows up to 6 months visits.

However the length of the allowed visit is usually determined each time by the CBP Officer upon inspection at the POE.

The best advice i can give from experience is for your fiance' to carry with them proof of intention to return home after their visit. Things like Mortgage or rent agreements, letter from their employer stating the date of their return to work, Car lease or finance agreement etc.

Hope this helps
