Hello Fellow VJ-ers :D

I just have a couple questions, I'm sorry if theyre repeated. I am new to VJ and havent been able to find the specific answers.

1) I am from Ontario,Canada and my fiance is from Kansas,USA we have been doing our K1 visa through a lawyer in Kansas. With packet 3 we sent all our forms the ds-230, 2 of the DS-156, DS-156K, the online confirmation pg of DS-160,I-134. Our lawyer says because we sent all that in the packet that when i go to the interview all i need to bring is my passport, 2 passport pics, my medical exam results, police check, the appointment confirmation and any supporting evidence of our relationship. Is this correct? Has anyone else done it this way?

2) I keep reading that on the day of the interview as you go into the Consulate they will ask for your loomis #? Where do i find this? Is it my REFERENCE ID # found on the CSC website? sooo confused

Thank you in advance for any direction you can give me

When you schedule an interview online, you also register for loomis. So if your lawyer did your scheduling, he should have signed you up for loomis. Usually you have to submit the USCs 2011 tax transcript with the I-134. The relationship evidence is typically just the letter of intent to marry from the USC. You also will need to bring your birth certificate, and a photo copy of it, they will look at the original and keep the copy.

Here is another recent thread discussing this:

Just make you have everything they ask for between what was sent in and what you bring in.

Thank You soooo Much for your response :) It was very Helpful!

Our Interview is scheduled for Dec.20th, 2012. I think im probably getting wayy too nervous, it will end up being not as bad as i invision. I am registered at the Loomis branch in London,ON but i dont have a Loomis #? Not that i know of anyways. On the website it just has the location address of the specific loomis branch.

Also i am just wondering because my laywer sent all my paperwork to the US Consulate already do i have to bring copies of it all to my interview??

Sorry for all the questions.
