Hi, could anyone help me with this question?

I was a student in the US while being registered as self-employed in my country and gaining some income from that. When my fiancé (the petitioner) filled out the biographic form for me, he did not list the self-employment because I do not have any employer. Do I need to somehow update this information with the CSC? When I fill out DS-230, do I need to list my self-employment on the list for the last 10 years? What if I fail to change it with CSC before getting the NOA2 and the 2 lists do not match? Thanks so much in advance!
