Concurrent Filing I-130 & I-485 for Step Child

Hi all,

Brief description of situation -

I am Permanent Resident, my wife is USC (by birth). Currently my daughter (14 yrs U.K citizen) is here in U.S. with us, I have been granted parental custody by courts in U.K due to "circumstances" there. She entered via ESTA (visa waiver program). After talking with an immigration attorney, I am led to believe my wife can petition for her & apply for AOS without her leaving the country (which is really not an option, based on the reasons I have been granted her residential custody!) The 90 days of her ESTA stay are due to expire November 30.

My questions are -

1.) What types of extra evidence (Am I correct in believing that I need to provide evidence of my marriage, as I did when my wife petitioned for me?) should be submitted for a step-child? Should they be duplicated for both applications?

2.) Is there a requirement for an I-864 Affadavit of Support to be submitted; & if so, now or later?

3.) Are there any other forms that should be included with I-130 & I-485

4.) Am I missing anything?!

Any help, suggestions, advice would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks in advance!
