My fiance has lived in the US prior to our engagement for more than six months in both PA and FL. Do I need police clearances from each state, or and FBI background check? Please advise! Thanks!

21 JAN 2013: Medical & Vaccinations
31 JAN 2013: Interview & Approval
01 FEB 2013: K-1 issued
06 FEB 2013: Arrival at JFK, NYC
27 FEB 2013: Married!

07 MAR 2013: AOS & EAD submitted (485, 765, 864)
04 MAY 2013: EAD Card production ordered

29 AUG 2013: Notice of potential I-485 interview waiver

03 SEP 2013: Emergency AP filed and received at Philadelphia Field Office

25 SEP 2013: AOS RFE - missing I-693 Vaccination & Medical document
