i have just received my packet 3 from the us embassy in london. on the front page is has my name and my childrens name but it has missed my fourth childs name. We put his name on a supplement sheet when we filed the 1-129f but they must have missed it. There was no way to check until this sheet came through with his name missing. I HAVE EMAILED THE EMBASSY BUT HEARD NOTHING YET. does anyone know if this will affect my approval. thanks Steph.
