As of 5:30am Nov 5th here are the available dates available online:

Nov 20,21,26,27 & 28

Dec 3,4,6,7,19,11,12,13,18,18,20,21,24,26,27 & 28

Jan 2,3,4,7,8,9,10,11,14,15,16,17,18,22,23,24 & 25

It was very easy to schedule both of them using the online line scheduler. You will need to use the receipt number from the receipt you print out to give the bank not the passport number......
