administrative processing

I wish to convey how difficult the immigration process is . My wife began the paperwork april of 2011. I had my interview at the embassy in cairo in january 2012. 9 Months of administrative processing .

IF WE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO THIS OVER AGAIN , WE WOULD NOT HAVE APPLIED FOR A CR1 VISA. WE WOULD NOT HAVE GONE THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF IMMIGRATION . HAD WE KNOWN THAT THIS PROCESS WOULD NOT BE FINISHED AFTER 19 MONTHS , WE WOULD NOT HAVE DONE IT.

TRYING TO WAIT PATIENTLY IS A HUGE BURDEN TO EXPERIENCE . TRYING TO KEEP FAITH AND HOPE IN THE IMMIGRATION PROCESS IS VERY DIFFICULT.

BEING MARRIED FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND ONLY SPENDING 1 YEAR TOGETHER DIVIDED INTO 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS , IS EMOTIONALLY TIRING AND THE STRESS IS UNBELIEVABLE.

WE BELIEVE THAT HAD I VISITED THE UNITED STATES AND DID THE PROCESS THERE , AT LEAST WE WOULD BE TOGETHER AND NOT BE APART . NOT BE FORCED TO WAIT TO CONTINUE OUR LIFE AND FUTURE TOGETHER .

VISA JOURNEY ??? YEAH ONE HUGE JOURNEY OF WAITING AND WONDERING AND WORRYING .

im on same stage.my wife ,8 months old daughter and my parents appeared for interview on september17 ,2012 at bangladesh.they gave my parents visa rite next week but my wife and daughter they keep there passport and is under addminastrative processing since then its been 1 and half months now.every time i contact with dos or embassy they say its still under processing and they will contact them when its finished.so frustating and a never ending journey.i wake up everyday for a hope of good news but have a sleepless night thinking of long wait.pray for me and family
