In the signature box at the bottom of the page is a highlighted box just before the signature box. What goes in there? I believe it should be my, the sponser's, name. However, when I hover my cursor over that area it says, "relationship". This is not in context with the preceding paragraph. I think it is a technical gliche with what was remembered by the computer from the previous entries above.

Anyone see what i mean?
