DS230 misunderstanding

Who is meant to fill this form out? I am the petitioner for my British husband. But this form says it needs to be filled out by all members of your family. The way I have been reading it (which I feel silly) is that it means I need to fill one out and so does my husband and our two children, whom already have US citizenship... I'm re reading it though and I think I'm understanding it differently. That what it means is it is to be filled out my the beneficiary, and family members whom aren't US citizens wishing to immigrate with him.

Please forgive how ridiculous this sounds, I've been mind boggled lately and I supposed its an honest misunderstanding.

Someone clarify who is actually meant to fill this form out for me?

You the Petitioner can fill out the DS230 for the Beneficiary, if they are anything children indented to travel they will be named of the form, if not leave it blank. In one part it will asked was the beneficiary help filling out this form, the answer will be YES and you will provided your name and address...

Remember all question asked on the form are for the Beneficiary.

Just your husband :-) And the question asking about others immigrating with him does not refer to you and your kids. (Though if you accidentally write them down it won't matter.)
