nope no other long term stays last time she was here was about 4 months ago and that was only for 2 weeks in vegas with me :) attached some pics of us in vegas since I can't seem to upload them to my gallery .

Love the pictures!

I don't see any problem with visiting after the wedding, and it shouldn't make a difference whether you have filed the petition or not. She will still have to state the purpose of her visit when asked at the POE, that is, to visit her husband. She just needs to bring whatever she can to show she intends to return to Australia, in case she is questioned. I would start the petition process as soon as you can, so that she can get her CR-1 as quickly as possible and you can get on with your lives - the waiting sucks.

Being in the military, you should check out the military forum

Also check out the Australia forum for specific information on the visa process at the Sydney consulate

We filed our I-130 while I was visiting my husband under the VWP.

As long as you intend to return to Australia, it's fine.

Good luck! It's very hard each time you part, but once you get things started with the visa processing, it does tend to make things a little easier as you feel as though you are getting things done! Get her to start applying for things like the documents you require at the NVC stage (police certificates etc.) and have all the original documents ready to go.

If your fiance visits you under the VWP after you are married, then it's easy to get her all enrolled in DEERs etc. while she visits, and get her her military ID.

My husband is PCSing to Ramstein, Germany.

For military purposes you can request an expedite if you receive orders or notification of a PCS.
