Indian applicants interview application letter?

(I know this is region specific but I don't know how to post it in the India section)

Hey, I was just wondering if any K1 applicant from India can share their appointment letter/email with me? The reason is I received the packet 4 and interview email before i sent my pkt 3. Because of this, the format of my interview email is different from the normal appointment letters.

Last week I went to the Ahmedabad Passport office and they asked me for the appointment letter. I showed them mine and they weren't satisfied with it (since it's formatted differently). I just want to know what kind of format are they expecting?

Can someone please sent me a sample of theirs? You can censor your details like name, case number, etc. I just need the usual format.
