Advice for filling I-130 and G-325A

Kindly help this for how to fill these. My husband is applying immigrant visa for me.

In I-130, section C, No 16

Has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings?

"NO". Am I correct? I have never been under immigration process to States. But I had done for Canada.

In G-325A for alien,

Current Husand or wife - I have to write my husband's name. Am I correct?

Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year.

I am permanent residence of Canada. I am in this current ddress for only 6 months. But I lived in previous place for a year and half. Should I write my current address or the previous one where I lived for a year and half.

if u lived abroad less a yr, NO use the address that u live in the longest and current

G325: your husband name and make sure last name all cap look at example form: G325

For G-325, I am in Canada as the permanent residence for nearly 3 years. I moved to this house on April 2012. So, I am here just around 6 months. Should I write my current one?
