221G Paranoid

I have a friend who's now living in us with her husband. She got 221g coz her birth certificate was registered late. Then she told me that its also possible to get 221g if marriage is less than 2 years. Based on what had read, most common reason to have 221g is because of lack of docs or proofs. I think i have everything good

- i got marriage and birth certificate ready and planning to get CENOMAR just in case as well as baptismal certificate

- i have NBI and police clearance, But im worried about my clearances. my address in nbi and police clearance is different in format. i don't know if it will cause a problem or should i just get a new copy with the same format as my NBI. the address in all of the forms that we've filled out are the same as what i have in my NBI.

- also will i need my husbands late wife's death certificate?

- another thing church wedding was done on December 2 2011 but what we have on the marriage certificate is December 12.. we applied for our marriage license on the 29th of December took 10 days to get the license.. should i mentioned about the December 2 wedding or ill just stick with December 12 which is what we have on the marriage cert?

- i had pictures and other proof of marriage ready. i asked my hubby to send teh plane ticket and vouchers we used when he went here.

i might be over doing it, i just wanna make sure that everything goes well.. well be celebrating out first year anniversary soon and we definitely wanna be with each other. Thanks..
