MIssing I-94

Hi everyone, as the title of the thread suggests we need a little help/advice.

I entered the US on July 13th through Dublin. At Dublin I handed over the packet from the Embassy and my I-94 when they completed the paperwork they sent me on my way without the I-94. It'll be nine weeks this Friday since I entered the country. I have phoned Dublin and they sent the paperwork that they have on. I have been to the nearest Deferred Inspection Site and have been phoning them weekly but neither my paper nor electronic file has any record of my I-94 number. Has anyone been through anything similar or has any idea how to resolve this?

Any suggestions are welcome.
