basically i arrived in the philippines when i was 16 yrs old (2005) and have apparently over-stayed since then.

So i paid a hefty fine, and had my passport renewed.

Along with the payment for the I-card.

now my mistake is i had an agent help me out (seeing as this is my first time in dealing with the immigration)

and Its been 4 months, and i still have not received my I-card, i know im suppose to pick it up, but everytime i contact

the agent who processed it for me he always says

"they haven't released it yet" 4 MONTHS!! everyday hell say either 1.) tomorrow, or 2.) next week for sure.

i paid about P100,000 in penalties for over-staying. My newly acquired passport does not have a Visa stamp.

What should i do? i have a flight that leaves September 25th. in which i dont plan on returning to the Philippines.

i had booked this flight over 6 months ago and now im just worried ill be stopped at the airport.

What will happen if i arrive at the airport without a visa stamp / ACR I-card? is there a fine that i would have to pay?

i hope someone can help me out, this has been a never-ending problem for me.

also - When i went with him to the immigration for the I-card, all he had me do was sign the form that he filled up.

there was no Fingerprint (which is a requirement correct?)

advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you
