Hi y'all,

I’ve been reading everything I can find until im blue in the face ;) I just don't think we have enough proof of 'intent to domicile' (because I’ve lived in Aus. for 10 years, and didn't see a need to) so I am thinking about moving back and getting a job and everything to prove it better. I will be moving with my 5 year old daughter and enrolling her in school there in the US.

The only problem is im filing for the CR1 visa and we’ve already did the first part of it (USCIS part) and got approval .Now its time for us to file the I-864 (and my parents co sponsor I-864's) and my husbands DS-230. I've put my contact address as my Australian address.

So my question is how after getting this far do I go about letting the NVC and the USCIS know that I’ve changed my address to my mom's address in Texas? Is it as simple as emailing them to change my address or more detailed?

thanks in advance

Jessica
