My spouse finally got her letter back from USCIS with instructions to make payment and file I-485... The letter is postmarked late July and they screwed up our address, so it has been delayed! Now there's only 1 month from now until end of fiscal year from DV-2012... Is it even possible to complete AOS in time for DV2012? She is already in the US...

So I just called USCIS and they said that the AOS just needs to be submitted before the end of Sept and that it doesn't have to be approved before then. I was also told that the fee is $1070 which kind of conflicts with what I've seen posted online (People paying a $440 fee)?... Are there 2 fees?
